Where can I have lessons?
You can have lessons at your house/office/public places, where you feel 
convenient. Lingua-Mandarin also provides classroom, which is right near
Zhongshan Park Station,Line 2/3/4.
When can I have lessons?

For private teaching, we will arrange teachers for you according to 
your schedule.

Do I need to pay teacher's transportation fee?
Tuition fee includes all. You do not need to pay extra fee.
What is the hourly rate?

We don’t set a fixed rate for teachers. Every teacher has her/his 
own rate standards. The rate is negotiable between teachers and 
students.Normally the range is RMB 80-150/H. 

Is my tuition fee refundable?
Sure! If you are not satisfied with our service or you do not feel the 
study is effective, you can request to refund the tuition
What is the process if I will have a tutor from Lingua-Mandarin?
First, Student need to fill an application form. Then we will arrange a 
teacher according to student’s level, schedule, location, and any other 
special requests. If student satisfiies, we will set up a 30 minutes 
trial lesson for teacher and student to determine the suitability. 
If both sides feel ok, then our company will sign a contract with student. 
Then teachers can begin to give lessons. In the contract period, student 
can request to change the teacher if the student doesn’t feel the 
learning is effective with that teacher.
What if the teacher is irresponsible? Often be late or absent.
We have regulations for both teachers and students.
